Assay

Binding dynamics of ssDNA aptamers to RhD+ RBCs. RhD+ RBCs (2% suspension, 100 μl/well) were stained in triplicate with different concentrations (200?1,200 nM) of Alexa Fluor 488?labeled each ssDNA at 37 ℃ for 60 min. After being washed, the cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. The Kd was analyzed. Data are plotted by fluorescence intensity (y?axis) against ssDNA aptamer concentrations (x-axis) using GraphPad Prism V6 software.
