Assay

Apparent equilibrium dissociation constant (Kd) of each aptamer binding to target GCRV-CIK cells. The concentrations of FAM-labelled aptamer candidates were diluted to 0-1,000 nM in PBS, respectively, and then incubated with target GCRV-CIK cells (5 × 10**5) at 4°C for 30 min. The binding fluorescence intensities of aptamer-target cells were detected by flow cytometry. Kd of each aptamer candidate was calculated according to the equation Y = BmaxX/(Kd + X) by SigmaPlot software
