Dose-dependent inhibition of HGF-induced migration of cells on the addition of H38-15 or H38-21. The concentration of HGF was 100 pM. The relative ratios of migrating cells for DNA/HGF (assigned as 100%) versus for each DNA are indicated. The means of the results obtained for 10 randomly selected microscopic fields in each well are shown with SD. The data shown are representative of three experiments
