Assay

Effect of TOV6 on migration and invasion of TOV-21G cells. A 2 μM concentration of TOV6 has no effect on the migration ability of TOV-21G. A 2 μM concentration of aptamer TOV6 can prevent cell invasion to a degree equal to that of ~0.05 μM 17-AAG with STIP1 silencing. Error bars represent the standard deviation (n =3)
