Activity data
Interaction ID 298
Target type Protein
Target unique ID P10145
Activity 1.72 pM
Binding Conditions/Buffer

30 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 1.5 mM MgCl2, 2mM DTT, and 1% BSA

Assay

Each aptamer (0.001 w 1000 nM) was pre-incubated with 0.1 nM [125I]-IL-8 at room temperature for 40 min, followed by the addition of 1x10**6 human neutrophils and incubation at 4 ℃ for 90 min. The inhibitory activities of 8A-44, 8A-44COM, 8A-35 and 8A-30 were analyzed by measuring the radioactivity of the cell surface-bound [125I]-IL-8 using a g-scintillation counter
