Aptamers from the biased .SELEX experiment were assayed and representative binding curves are shown. Most aptamers bound with Kd between 10 and 20 nM. The best aptamer, YL-13, bound with K between 2-5 nM, which is 10-fold better than the template aptamer C5C6
