Assay

Aptamer P19 interacts with the rat and human neurotensin receptor with high affinity. E. coli membrane nitrocellulose filter binding assay at 4°C. The interaction of P19 with the fully tagged rat (filled circles) and human (filled triangles) NTR is compared with that of the fully tagged human adenosine A2a receptor (filled squares); see solid lines throughout. The interaction of the negative control aptamer, G31, with the same three receptor fusion proteins is also shown and is denoted by the corresponding open symbols with a dashed line
