Assay

Saturation curves and determination of dissociation constants (Kd) of the aptamers. Binding reactions were performed using a fixed amount of Cam-coated magnetic beads (2 × 10**7) with a concentration series (0 to 600 nM) of the fluorescently labelled aptamers. Based on the amounts of aptamers eluted by heat treatment, saturation curves were obtained by plotting the amount of eluted aptamer verses the amount of total incubated aptamer and the Kd were calculated by nonlinear regression analysis
