Paper-level observations
The SA923 peptide exhibited a potent cytotoxic effect of 89%; when compared to the same dose of SA626, 37%; and SA905, 54%.
Embryos exposed to different concentrations did not display any visible anomalies. ... peptides from S. amaranthoides do not demonstrate any toxic effect on embryos.
