The fluorescence binding affinity curves for six sepiapterin aptamers (a plot of the aptamer concentration versus the fluorescence intensity of the eluted aptamer solution). The dissociation constants were calculated via nonlinear regression analysis of the saturation curves and the error bars represent the standard deviation of the measurements
