| Assay | Affinity measurement of N protein-selected ssDNA aptamers interaction by ELISA. The N protein was incubated with increasing concentrations of 5′-biotinylated aptamer 1 and 11. After addition of streptavidin-HRP, the amount of N protein-aptamer complex was calculated andgraphed as a function of aptamer concentration.
