You can find 744,709 drug-ADE associations between 8,498 compounds (including nearly 2000 approved drugs) and 13,193 ADEs. Beside, multiple drug and ADE information is provided, such as canonical SMILES, CAS numbers, drug types, ATC codes, ADE Tree Numbers, ADE definition and so on.

The original data in our database was collected from five sources: U.S. FAERS (https://www.fda.gov/drugs/drug-approvals-and-databases/fda-adverse-event-reporting-system-faers, from January 2004 to June 2019), Canada Vigilance Adverse Reaction Online Database (https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/services/drugs-health-products/medeffect-canada/adverse-reaction-database.html, from 1965 to November 2019), CTD, SIDER (version 4), and OFFSIDES.
